About Zenvo
Built From Inside the CDL School Recruitment Process.
Before Zenvo, I spent years in sales and recruiting Class A drivers before moving into enrollment leadership at Interstate Truck Driving School.
That put me on the other side of the marketing. I wasn't just trying to generate leads. I was responsible for what happened after they came in—phone calls, recruiter follow-up, tours, lead tracking and moving prospective students toward a class start.

The problem became obvious
High Lead Volume. Two Recruiters. No Good Way to Keep Up.
When I stepped into a CDL school with high lead volume, the problem became obvious. There were more opportunities coming in than two recruiters could consistently keep up with.
Calls came during the day, at night and on weekends. Information was scattered. Follow-up depended too much on memory, and there wasn't one clear place to see what happened to every lead.
So I started building the system we needed. That eventually grew beyond lead tracking into websites, automation, search visibility and the larger student recruitment process.

How I approach the problem
I Usually Start With Two Questions.
01
Where Are You Showing Up?
I want to see how the school stacks up against local competitors for the searches that matter most—especially in the areas where prospective students are actually coming from.
- Important CDL keywords
- Local ranking grids
- Competitor visibility
- High-volume recruiting areas
02
What Happens When the Lead Comes In?
Then I look at the recruiting process. How quickly are leads contacted? What happens after the first attempt? Is there a real nurture process? Can management see who needs attention?
Most CDL schools are very good at training drivers. That does not automatically mean they have a strong sales and follow-up process.

The System Should Fit the School.
Some schools rely heavily on organic search. Others use paid ads. Some have one recruiter. Others have multiple locations, different programs or completely different follow-up processes. Zenvo can be built around that.
Custom Recruiting Workflows
Build around the school's actual enrollment process.
Multiple Lead Sources
Connect different platforms and inquiry sources.
Organic + Paid Tracking
Understand where opportunities are coming from.
Custom Pipelines
Track the steps that matter to your school.
Reporting Dashboards
See the information management actually needs.
Scheduling & Automation
Reduce repetitive work while keeping recruiters involved.
The goal is not to make your school fit the software. The system should fit the school.
How I work
Hands-On From Strategy Through Implementation.
I am still directly involved in every Zenvo project. I work with a team, but I am not handing your school off after the sales call and disappearing. I stay involved in the strategy, the build and the decisions behind what we are doing.
That matters because every school has different weak points.
Visibility Problem
The school may need stronger Google visibility.
Website Problem
The school may have a strong reputation but a website that does not show it.
Recruiting Problem
The school may generate plenty of leads but lose too many during response and follow-up.
Sometimes the right answer is outside the three core service pages. That may mean helping a school improve its enrollment process, train recruiters, evaluate student funding or financing options, build better reporting, create CDL-focused content, or solve a custom growth problem.
The right answer depends on the school.

Ways to work together
Not Every School Needs the Same Kind of Help.
Some schools need ongoing support. Others need one specific problem solved. Zenvo can work either way.
01Ongoing Growth Support
For schools that want Zenvo involved month after month across visibility, recruiting systems and enrollment improvement.
Google visibility · Recruiting systems · Optimization · Strategy
02One-Time Projects
For defined builds or improvements that have a clear beginning and end.
Websites · CRM builds · Dashboards · Workflows · Funding/financing setup · Custom projects
03Advisory & Training
For schools that need experience, strategy or help improving the way the enrollment team operates.
Recruiter training · Enrollment process · Lead follow-up · Growth strategy · Funding research
Start with the problem. We can decide what kind of engagement makes sense after we understand it.

You Don't Need to Have Everything Figured Out Before We Talk.
Something Isn't Working
You know leads, rankings or the website should be producing more than they are.
You're Ready to Grow
The school is already strong but needs better visibility, systems or recruiting capacity.
You're Willing to Improve the Process
You are open to fixing what is holding the school back instead of doing things the same way because that is how they have always been done.
That is what the review is for. We look at what is happening now and identify where the biggest opportunities are.
Why CDL
CDL Schools Are a Specialty Because I Know the Operation From the Inside.
Zenvo works with businesses outside the CDL industry too, but CDL schools are different for me because I understand what happens after the marketing generates a lead.
The phone calls. Recruiter workload. Tours. Follow-up. Program questions. Class starts. The pressure to turn interest into an actual student.
You shouldn't have to pay an agency to learn how your CDL school works.
Let's Look at What's Working—and What's Getting in the Way.
We'll look at your visibility, website and recruiting process and show you where we see the strongest opportunities to improve. If the real opportunity is training, funding strategy or another enrollment problem, we can talk about that too.
You do not need to know which Zenvo service you need before we talk.
